poetry

Some things to be

written by Alicia Guo

were not meant to be. I wish

to be lucky, enough

for the red I am wearing.

For random() to

always return me

to you. To be formless, genreless.

Miscellaneous

always. To be willingly

categorized. I give you

consent to filter for me in

search for the message that made your

home online. To be a factory of

permissions. Maybe it isn’t so bad

to keep lost sites in our hearts.

To be a stronger vessel for my heart.

To be kept.
